Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment unless free.
  5. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. Return Window: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return Authorization: Prior to returning an item, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  5. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
